Daniel Szalkiewicz is Partner at Daniel Szalkiewicz & Associates, P.C., a law firm focused on discovering the identities of individuals who have posted or sent anonymous online content through litigation and other techniques. Daniel has litigated cases involving online privacy for over ten years and have focused on such areas as electronic discovery, website analysis, and data analysis.

Daniel has served as lead attorney in over 50 cases involving anonymous internet content and have issued sworn statements on numerous occasions on issues concerning ESI, electronic discovery, computer forensics, data analysis, and technology.
